Yoga in the Park

This is a FREE event – A morning experiencing holistic and energising fitness, well being and self care, with NK Dance & Fitness Saturday July 9th -registration at 9.30, starts 10am – noon

(if it rains on Saturday please come along Sunday July 10th)

This event it is focused on promoting healthy lifestyle, giving information and tips on self care and bringing the community together. Small samples of exercise classes for every level of ability and different styles will be available as well as information of how to achieve the above. After 12.00pm a bring your own picnic will be encouraged and promoted to bring everyone together, to mingle and chat.
